What we collect
Name, email, phone number, service address, entry instructions, and booking history. Payment card details are handled and stored by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver cleanings, process payment, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and respond to support requests.
Text messages
We send appointment reminders and updates by SMS only to customers who opt in. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We share only what is required with the cleaner assigned to your job, our payment processor, and our email and SMS providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and access
Booking records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
