Services
Lakeside Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning within our published service area. Service details, add-ons, and pricing are shown before you confirm a booking.
Payment
We securely save your payment method at the time of booking and charge it after the cleaning is complete. Final totals may be adjusted for additional services requested on site, and any adjustment is itemized on your receipt.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or lockouts preventing entry, are subject to a cancellation fee shown before you confirm.
Satisfaction guarantee
Report any issue within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to correct it at no cost. If we cannot resolve it, we refund that visit.
Recurring plans
Recurring plans have no contract and no cancellation penalty. You may pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time from your account.
Liability
We are insured and bonded. Report damage within 48 hours of service so we can investigate and resolve the claim.
